Modest. Importantly, at a time there was no light in the entire 4 out of 6 (at the minimum) states in the Northeastern Nigeria, Laylah Suites and Apartment had light supplied for 24 in the entire one-week of my stay. Exceptional! Keep that flag flying!

Has spacious parking lot, I don't know about their rooms, as I was coming from another hotel for a training at the hotel. Their event hall is quite conducive but the walls are littered with the Air conditioner wires. My overall experience not bad.
