HOW IT STARTED

A project that became a movement

The Travel Hunters was born in late January 2023 as a project, founded by Ogunwale Gbenga Daniel and co-founded by Kings Ativie. With the first Engineer on the team, Mutiu Abolarin, and later Adebolu Adetorera joining — the team grew quickly into a driven group of six people, united by one mission.

The vision was simple but bold: curate thoughtful and unique travel experiences, delivered in the most pleasant way. Starting remotely, then from the founder's home office, the team laid the groundwork for what would become one of Nigeria's most exciting travel platforms.

The Travel Hunters is founded by Ogunwale Gbenga Daniel and Kings Ativie. Engineers Mutiu Abolarin and Adebolu Adetorera join early.

Hotel Product Launches

After a year of development and partner onboarding, the Hotel product officially launches with 100 properties available.

Year two sees explosive growth — 400 additional properties onboarded, bringing the platform to nearly 1,000 listings.
