Worst hotel I’ve ever ever been to I paid 50 dollars for steak woke up middle of the night while I was sleeping with food poisoning a very bad one next day is my flight and I’m very sick paid 100k nira for the night and paid around 70k for the food and I’m very sick i kept vomiting the whole night now my body is weak I have a very bad fever and my flight is in one hour please do not book with this dirty hotel

Absolutely not recommended. I prepaid for a 4-night stay, but the service was so terrible that I checked out after just one night. The Wi-Fi never worked, even though the staff kept saying it would be fixed “in 30 minutes,” which was a lie. The HR Manager promised that the refund for the unused 3 nights would be processed immediately, but nothing has been refunded. Every follow-up call results in more unrealistic promises like “we’ll do it now” or “today,” yet no action is ever taken.

Worst experience ever. The hotel room is too small to even have 2 luggage. And the room is too wet that even then blankets and bed are wet. What’s worst is the noise and all other service. The light is consequently off and barely no noise cancellation. Everyone coming through and the door close sounds are too clear that always wake me up at 5am. No one solves this problem even when I reported and the manager is not her
