1. A valid ID and security deposit- refundable ( required to cover damages or rule violations ) are required at check-in. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible with prior approval and may attract an extra fee. 2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required before check-in. No refunds for early departures. 3. House Rules No loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Rearranging furniture or removing items is not allowed. 4. Cleaning & Maintenance The apartment is provided clean at check-in. Guests must keep the apartment tidy during their stay. Basic housekeeping [weekly] is included. Extra cleaning available upon request at a fee. Any damages, stains, or missing items will be charged against the security deposit. 5. Towel Policy Towels are provided for personal hygiene only. Do not use towels for: Makeup removal Cleaning shoes, floors, or surfaces Wiping spills, food, or kitchen use Hair dye or oils that may stain permanently 6. Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (balcony, terrace, etc.). Excessive drinking and disorderly conduct are not allowed. 7. Utilities & Facilities Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are included, but guests must use them responsibly. Air conditioning and heating should be switched off when leaving the apartment. Do not tamper with appliances, or electrical systems. 8. Safety & Security Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment. The property is not responsible for loss of valuables. 9. Liability The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage they cause. 10. Breach of Policy Violation of house rules may result in termination of stay without refund. The host reserves the right to deduct charges from the security deposit for damages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of policy.
