 SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS, TOILETS, BALCONIES, AND WALKWAYS. The only designated smoking area provided is the outside Lounge. Please note that it is only cigarettes and shisha that can be smoked at the outside lounge. Defaulters will pay N50,000 for Damages and will be checked out from the room without a refund.  EXTERNAL FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED  Hotel Capitol won’t be responsible for any valuables not declared at the front desk.  Photoshoot or video shoot is not permitted at Hotel Capitol without express permission from the hotel management. If permission is given, it attracts extra charges, mostly N35,000 per hour and payment of a refundable caution deposit of N30,000 (subject to our photoshoots policy, please refer to our Photoshoot policy for details).  Any harsh stain, including dye, blood, grease, ink, shoe polish, drinks or oil stain on bedding material(s), towel(s), curtain material(s), etc shall attract extra charges and in case of total damage, the guest shall pay for the replacement.  Maximum occupants in Classic rooms, Executive rooms, and Suite are 2 Adults while for 2Bedroom Apartment is 4 adults per time. This is irrespective of whether they are sleeping over or not. Any additional occupants/visitors are expected to wait in the receptions or restaurants  Any Hotel Capitol’s item damaged (including linens, towels, etc) by a guest during his/her stay must be fully paid for before he/she can be allowed to leave the premises.  All guests are required to fill the Guest Check-in Form completely and provide a valid ID Card before check-in because it is a legal requirement.  Full payment must be made before a guest can be checked in.  Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Checkout after 12noon attracts an extra charge – 50% of room rate before 6pm, and 100% of room rate after 6pm.  All retaining guests that desired to retain their room the following day are expected to make payment latest 6:00pm the previous day to secure the room, otherwise another reservation will be accepted for the room
