This is the most luxurious hotel world wide, it is so prestigious and the food is so scrumptious. My money paid is sooo worth it. I love the Delborough Lagos when I tasted the food I was overwhelmed of how good it is, if you want to go to any hotel please I really really recommend this hotel for you and if there was something more than five star it would be many stars I go to hotels and this is the best please if you want to go to hotels and experience luxury come to this hotel. And don’t waste your energy going to other places.

The customer service at The Delborough Lagos is truly top-notch. Staff respond in less than three minutes—sometimes it feels like they’re already waiting for you to call. The service standard is exceptionally high. Every staff member is friendly, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. From opening elevator doors to assisting you into your car, they go above and beyond to ensure you don’t have to lift a finger. You are treated with the utmost care and attention like royalty.

I stayed 4 in this hotel and I must admit my colleagues and I couldn’t wait to check out and leave. Although the service is fine (at your arrival they really try to make you feel special) there are important underlying issues with the hôtel. The over use of home scenting products aims to hide a very disturbing humid smell. Indeed, the hotel is incredibly humid in a scary way. When you wake-up in the morning, everything is wet all around you, despite the various humidifiers in the rooms. The home scenting ends up giving a headache because it’s constant and strong. Because of humidity, the snacks in my room were expired and tasted awful. The hotel is poorly maintained and looks very lived in, despite being a couple years old. A lot of things are damaged, broken or don’t work correctly. The hygiene could be a lot better (you can see stains on the doors, rugs were dirty at my arrival …) For the price of the night, breakfast isn’t even included and there is no buffet, it’s meant to order.
