The Atrium lagos has the worse customer service. I saw bad reviews on line and I still decided to give them a try. I booked from the 15th January to 17th January, As soon I I got to the reception I told them I hope I won’t regret booking this place because of the reviews I saw, they said no. Fast forward to getting in the room, the bedsheets and pillow case was dirty. Everything looked tacky They changed the room and the next room I got, as soon as I took a shower it flooded. Lastly the price of food is ridiculous. How can a plate of Jollof rice and beef be 14000

The most horrible place to stay. Customer service is completely terrible, hotel staff do not care one bit. Booked the hotel months earlier, followed up a few weeks to my check-in date, and I was allocated a room with dirty sheets. Woke up to a flooded bathroom and nothing was done about it till we left for our event around 12. Overall, would never recommend to anyone!!! Please avoid using this hotel especially if you’re a bride.

Exceptional. From the reservation to my check-in was top notch. The room amenities have a 99.9% functionality, and the staff, distinguished in their duties! I recommend them again and will attend anyway again as much as travel is concerned.
