I have been a regular client at Greenpoint when I was only the old building. I have consistently stayed and introduced my friends to the hotel. Fantastic Staff. Great buffet breakfast. Room service very good. My only issue is about the reception. Completing forms every time I arrived. By now, checking in should be by click on the key board for guests that are regular. Currently in the hotel now despite the tight period of Christmas. I still got a room. Rooms are welcoming.

Quite satisfactory except the noise, not sure if there's anything like noise cancellation here. Constant slamming of doors, clanking of plates and trays by kitchen staff at odd hours, that woke me up from naps and what was supposed to be a good night rest, stomping on floors above me, also why is there a loud telephone on the hallway for goodness sake.
