I'll give it a 4 star because their security is great and their online presence is amazing. But they can do better with the lights especially when using the inverter system. The passage walkway was too dark and even the rooms until 5pm when they switch to generator. The toiletries supposed to be towel, tissue & toothpaste but the later part is missing so I had to go outside and buy toothpaste.
