• ●BILLING INSSTRUCTION PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED
• ●FOR A DEPOSIT ON CHECK IN FOR EXTRAS. PLEASE NOTE IF GUESTS DO NOT
• ●PAY THE DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN ANY EXTRAS BACK TO
• ●THEIR BEDROOM WHILE STAYING AT THE HOTEL. ALL BEDROOMS ARE
• ●GUARANTEED BY THE COMPANY.
• ●Minimum number are also to guarantee meeting room booked, should numbers change we
• ●reserve the right to change the function room. Guests with valid room reservations who do not
• ●arrive on the day of the reservation will be considered "no shows" and the applicable room
• ●charge will be charged to the client. We remind you that bringing in valuables including
• ●audio/visual Equipment you do so at your own risk. The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss
• ●or damage to any valuables left on the premises. Terms & Conditions for event space Provisional
• ●bookings will be held up to 3 working days prior to arrival, providing booking is reserved within
• ●14 days of arrival, after which the space will automatically be released, unless an extension has
• ●been agreed. We reserve the right to request a deposit upon confirmation.
• ●FULL PAYMENT is required prior or on the day of the event, unless credit has been granted. In
• ●the event of all or part of the services being cancelled, which must be in writing, the following
• ●charges will be paid by the client.
• ●BEDROOMS
• ●1. If any of the rooms reserved against a signed contract are cancelled within 3 days of the
• ●scheduled arrival, providing booking is reserved within 14days of arrival, the applicable room
• ●rate for each room night cancelled will be charged in respect to the rooms and cancellation
• ●charges will be billed to the client's account. This is regardless of whether the client or the
• ●individual guest is supposed to settle the room account.
• ●2. Guests with valid room reservations who do not arrive on the day of the reservation will be
• ●considered "no shows" and the applicable room rate for the nights reserved will be charged to the
• ●client's account regardless of whether the client or the individual guest is supposed to settle the
• ●room account. Function Rooms / Banquet Cancellation If notice of cancellation in writing is
• ●received by ART Hotel within the following time frame of the function date, providing booking
• ●is reserved within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total contracted revenue will be charged and
• ●charges will be billed to the client's account. Booked within 14 days of arrival - 3 days
• ●cancellation policy Booked within 15 - 30 days of arrival - 7 days cancellation policy Booked
• ●within 31 - 45 days of arrival - 14 days Cancellation Policy Booked within 46 - 60 days of arrival
• ●- 21 days Cancellation Policy Outside these dates standard cancellation policies apply as per all
• ●other meetings The Hotel may cancel the booking if:
• ●1. The Hotel or any part is closed due to fire, dispute with employee (s), alteration decoration or
• ●by order of any public authority.
• ●2. The client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership
• ●3. The client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to the hotel.
• ●4. If it might prejudice the reputation of the hotel, at the management's discretion entirely.
• ●GENERAL
• ●The Hotel shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in
• ●the Hotel, prior to, during, and following your function. We remind you that when bringing in
• ●valuables including audio- visual Equipment you do so at your own risk. The hotel accepts no
• ●responsibility for loss or damage to any valuables left on the premises. We recommend that you
• ●insure yourself against any loss or damage. The client will be liable for the cost of repairs carried
• ●out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hotel or the equipment by negligence,
• ●wilful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the Hotel. The client
• ●agrees to pay the Hotel for any food, beverage or any other service not pre-arranged but made
• ●available on request for the Clients.
