I think the reason for the token(#500) collected after the morning meal should be more explained to the guest, so it won't look somehow. Aside from that, their service is lovely starting from the security check to the reception and every other 💞

I didn’t have a great experience staying at the superior room (bathroom, TV, AirCon, ambience, were below satisfactory), but after laying my complaints, the manager offered an upgrade, which was thoughtful and a much better space. Breakfast was alright. In general, staff were good, asides one of the receptionists who was quite rude and not a great representative of the establishment. She needs to do better. Overall, not a bad place.

Exceptional. From the reservation to my check-in was top notch. The room amenities have a 99.9% functionality, and the staff, distinguished in their duties! I recommend them again and will attend anyway again as much as travel is concerned.
