I had to personally sweep my room today Sunday 19th. The room was not taken care of for the day. We had TV fixed on a sight not pleasant to watch and the staff was so lazy to and disrespectful to offer to change . She claimed the change station was upstairs and she can't go

Exceptional. From the reservation to my check-in was top notch. The room amenities have a 99.9% functionality, and the staff, distinguished in their duties! I recommend them again and will attend anyway again as much as travel is concerned.
