I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and the primary reason was the exceptional staff who consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Staff members such as Faith, Goodluck, Chinyere (from Enugu), Obinna, Samuel, and Gift all displayed outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay.

Every time I visit Lagos, this is my go to hotel and it never fails to impress me. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is top notch and everything is always seamless. A special shout out to Chinonye, the receptionist, whose professionalism, warmth and attention to detail truly stand out. From the moment I arrive, she makes the entire check in process effortless and always ensures I feel welcome and well taken care of. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help make each stay even more memorable. Exceptional service like hers is the reason I keep coming back.
