Horizon Hotels and Suites Property Policy 1. Guest Responsibility for Personal Property Horizon Hotels and Suites is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property left in guest rooms or on hotel premises. Guests are encouraged to utilize the in-room safes for valuables. Items of high value may also be registered with the front desk for additional security. 2. Hotel Property Usage and Care Guests are expected to treat hotel property with respect. Any deliberate damage or loss of hotel property, including room furnishings, amenities, and communal areas, will result in charges for repair or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to, linens, electronics, and furniture. 3. Liability for Damages Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property due to negligence or misuse, including damages caused by children or pets under their supervision. The hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest’s payment method for any damages or loss resulting from their stay. 4. Amenity Use Policy • Gym and Pool: Guests are required to follow all posted rules and hours for the gym and pool. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. • Executive Lounge and Restaurant: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in these areas. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are not following appropriate conduct. 5. No Smoking and Prohibited Activities Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas of Horizon Hotels and Suites. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided for guests who wish to smoke. Engaging in activities not approved by the hotel, including any form of illegal or disruptive conduct, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the property without refund. 6. Lost and Found Items found on hotel property are kept for a period of 30 days. Guests can contact the front desk to inquire about any lost items. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of. 7. Noise and Conduct To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during night hours. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated, and the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including possible removal from the premises. 8. Liability Limitation While Horizon Hotels and Suites takes every precaution to provide a safe environment, the hotel is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred by guests due to personal negligence or failure to follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
