It's location is the best thing. And then I made a reservation but couldn't lodge anymore and as soon as I sent them an email stating that I wouldn't make it there, they actually refunded me. My stay was very short but nice. The few hours I spent was a good feeling of homeliness. Check in and check out was quite smooth. My room was neat, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were approachable. Another good part is, the hotel is easily accessible. I never knew such a nice hotel was in Victoria Island. Good job!
