Terrible experience 😢. From check-in I could smell weed and cigarettes in the hallway for a non smoking hotel. No towels in room, intercom not working, even when I went down 2 floors to request for towels it wasn't brought..no food, drinks or room service available. The lights went off at 6pm and didn't come on until 7pm, it went off again at 1am untill 5am and then at 11am until check out

Exceptional. From the reservation to my check-in was top notch. The room amenities have a 99.9% functionality, and the staff, distinguished in their duties! I recommend them again and will attend anyway again as much as travel is concerned.
